As an Inside Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you

will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies,

building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer

service.


In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to

its overall business success. You will drive revenue growth, build strong

customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or

exceed sales quotas


Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their

needs and provide appropriate solutions


Provide excellent customer service and facilitate throughout the sales

process


Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding,

order processing, and facilitation


Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business

opportunities and drive continuous improvement

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This role also includes a sales incentive plan.

CANDIDATE MUST BE A US CITIZEN

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 2

years of experience in inside sales or a similar rolewith an industrial product, preferably in the electronics industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue

growth
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
