Mgr Payroll - Military Veterans

Plans, organizes and controls the payroll function ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of wages in compliance with policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions
- Ensures accurate payments of federal, state and local payroll taxes and corporate liabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in finance or related field required.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in Accounting, Payroll, or related area, including leadership experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of payroll related laws, regulations and systems.
Strong analytical, communications and human relations skills.

- Building and leading teams.
- Experience managing across multiple locations
- Managing relationships with vendors.
- Employee development, coaching, and accountability.
- Accounting/Payroll experience.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience in ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Workday, UKG).
- SOX compliance.
- Light travel - US and Int'l (<25%).
- CPP, CPA, CPM, PMP, QDM considered a plus.
- Bilingual considered a plus (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary : information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Pay Transparency Posting Range Ex: U.S. Pay Range: $7,488.36/month - $10,444.28/month.
Additional Details: Position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN, Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. Employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but are allowed flexibility to work from home otherwise.
