Clerical/Data Entry - Military Veterans

Immediate need for Data Entry/Clerical employees for our client located in Elgin, IL. This is a long-term role within the Receivable Operations. Production line type of environment inside a secured vault.
- Preparing batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopes
- Inputting data into the system
- Operating high speed imaging equipment
- Verifying checks through customer specific instructions for processing
- Match check images to corresponding material while validating quality of images.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Meeting individual and team processing goals and metrics
- Making judgement calls on routine duties and escalating non-routine situations to supervisor or manager.
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available
Requirements:
- Basic Computer/typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass in depth background check and credit worthiness
- Willing to work in a high security production environment while adhering to strict regulations including no cell phones/smart watches on production floor
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs
- No time off in first 90 days – no exceptions
