What you will be doing
You will spend part of every day and one entire day managing different aspects of the time and attendance process in preparation for weekly payroll. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be integral to the success of this process. You will maintain various reports connected to the time and attendance data. Our stores will get to know and love you as you will be processing the sales orders and ensuring their dairy orders are routed as expected. Our associates will also get to know and love you as you will be responsible for maintaining the ordering of important supplies such as coffee, tea, paper, and pens. You will have the unique opportunity to get exposed to many different processes as you support the team in creating new Standard Work Instructions.

Main responsibilities:
- Review weekly time and attendance for the processing of payroll
- Update human resources files
- Assist in creating and managing department SOP's
- Create and issue purchase orders for non-stock items (e.g., parts, janitorial and office supplies, etc.)
- Inventory management activities (e.g., physical inventories of supplies)
- Process sales orders and sales returns
- Participate in special projects
- Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., reception duties, IT requests, form creation)
- Reception duties including greeting and directing plant drivers and supply vendors
- Participate in the development and maintenance of a world class manufacturing environment
- Work safely
- Other duties as assigned

- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- High school Diploma
- Computer Skills, to include basic knowledge of Microsoft Systems with emphasis in Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Knowledge of Payroll Management and Processing
- Self-starter and willing to learn new tasks as the job grows
- Detail oriented team player, with excellent time management skills
- Preference for experience with payroll and Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Must be able to work off shifts and weekends
