THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Analyst , Vendor Management you will contribute to Chipotle's Development Plan by supporting the Design and Construction functions across North America from Kick-Off to Grand Opening during the Development process. You will also support the full vendor bench for Development, including Architects, Facilities Designers, General Contractors, and Indirect Procurement/Supply Chain partners and suppliers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Organize meetings to assess, track, and share key vendor and partner performance during throughout the Development process.
  • Organize meetings with Implementation Specialists to review vendor and partner escalations, discuss trends, manage exceptions, and share progress towards regional goals.
  • Support Facilities to manage any Design-related service tickets for NROs post-Grand Opening.
  • Support Finance to manage the Financial Qualification & Re-Qualification process for all General Contractors (GCs.
  • Attend specific project meetings as required, including but not limited to supply chain events, supplier calls, and vendor/partner visits.
  • Support the performance of all external Contractors , including, but not limited to Construction Managers (CMs) and Facilities Designers.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Vendor Management in establishing, building, and maintaining the full vendor bench for Development.
  • Responsible for identifying and escalating all trends and learnings to the Senior Manager, Vendor Management.
  • Partner closely with the respective Implementation Specialists and Transaction Managers to assure seamless and smooth hand-offs between Real Estate, Design, and Construction during the Development process.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Construction, Design, Development, and/or Project Management experience.
  • Experience in leading small teams.
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Strong people and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with External Vendors & Partners.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have excellent influence.
  • Be able to collaborate with Development Leadership Team.
  • Be able to collaborate with Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Operations peers.
  • Be able to research and compile information relative to new design elements.
  • Be able to work within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in applicable project management programs (including Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Light travel required.


PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $74,000.00-$104,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
