Location: Orange, CT or Boston, MA or Rochester, NY

Work Type: Office

The base salary for this position is depenent upon experience and location, ranging from $90,000 to $139,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Learning and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in program management, with a preference for those who have worked in instructional design. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs, with a strong emphasis on using data analytics to measure program effectiveness.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and manage leadership development programs.
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify leadership skills gaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Use data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of programs.
  • Partner with internal or external instructional design teams to analyze program outcomes and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Communicate program progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for programs.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to promote programs.

Education & Experience Required :
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a learning and development capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel and dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and other relevant software.

Preferreed Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a global organization balancing collaboration and coordination between global and local initiatives, best practices, and recommendations.
  • Experience in instructional design, including conducting needs analyses, designing and developing learning solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions.
  • Experience with Workday Learn.
