About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Associate for the Asset Movement Vertical in Brokerage Field Services as part of Wealth and Investment Management Operations. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for responding to inquiries and issues from internal customers on a variety of complex financial products, services and/or select customer segments through phone support. Will answer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide a best-in-class experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. In this role, you will:
- Provide support to internal customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support
- Review basic or tactical customer issues regarding products and services, billing, account questions, or account transactions with narrower impact
- Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the related policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Act as a primary support person for the customer and internal partners supporting customer service
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Contact center experience
- Financial services experience
- Experience with BETA, SmartStation, & Agent Desktop
- Knowledge of investment terminology
- Credit margins knowledge
- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher
