As a Technology Support Associate, you will: Provide basic technology troubleshooting support for departmental computers and teleconferencing and office equipment in classrooms and conference rooms. Maintain website and social media for the Food Science & Technology Department. Create content and provide technical support for touchscreen displays. Maintain point-of-sale system. Provide design elements for web and print through brochures, flyers, events, etc. in coordination with IANR Media. Photograph events and products as needed for the departmental promotion. Provide visitor reception and shipment and delivery support. This position is located at Nebraska Innovation Campus in Lincoln, NE, which includes the Nebraska Innovation Studio, the Scarlet Hotel, and the Mill Coffee & Bistro. Minimum Required Qualifications: Associate's degree in business, communications, graphic design, advertising, marketing, information technology or a related field plus 2 years related experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Proficiency in graphic design applications including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic HTML skills along with web design and content writing experience. Ability to maintain and troubleshoot computers, audio visual, and/or teleconferencing equipment. Demonstrated communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to balance the administration of multiple projects, meet deadlines with attention to detail, and work as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: The following qualifications are preferred, but not required: Knowledge of social media and web marketing for higher education and/or retail preferred.
