Job Summary
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls for our electricians and HVAC technicians. You will be the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and the management team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch electricians and HVAC technicians to residential service calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates.
• Monitor technicians locations and availability to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, job status, and technician notes in the system.
• Prioritize emergency and urgent service calls based on company protocols.
• Assist in managing work order flow, ensuring all jobs are assigned appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Work closely with the operations team to balance workloads and maximize productivity.
• Track job completion status and follow up on any delays or rescheduling needs.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians regarding job details, required materials, and any special instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dispatcher in the home services industry (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Service Titan Experience a plus! Must have ability to use scheduling software, CRM systems, or dispatch management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Familiarity with electrical and HVAC terminology is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
