THE WORK
Advanced Programs in King of Prussia, PA is looking for an experienced professional in the Project Engineering field. Advanced Programs are rapid fielding programs, which require the ability to shift priorities as necessary for successful results. The candidate selected would be part of the Global Sustainment team supporting the Midway program. The candidate will support the development of new systems and the sustainment of exiting fielded systems. The support will entail coordinating planning, organization, control, integration and completion of projects. The candidate will formulate integrated logistics support program standards, review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Additionally, the candidate will influence “design for sustainment” concepts into end item design and create life cycle planning documentation. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving “design for sustainment” design and test problems. When not on travel the candidate will be required to be in the King of Prussia facility. However, there is flexibility on occasion to work from home with pre-coordination of the manager. The candidate must have a Top-Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have strong inter-personal skills, have the ability to work within a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to decompose long range schedules into executable and time phased goals
- Must have familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.
- Must have demonstrated ability to perform within an agile work environment.
- MUST Have a Top-Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree – business management, project management, engineering, STEM or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience as a project engineer, scrum master, or project manager
- Position is full time in the King of Prussia, PA facility, candidate must be willing to relocate if not in this area.
Desired Skills:
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to follow through on both internal and external commitments.
- Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or similar certification through an accredited institution.
- Understand Supply Chain Management, production controls, and production planning.
- Ability to author initial design and follow-on contractual documentation.
- Record system failures and document necessary maintenance corrective actions.
- Monitor system obsolescence reporting and track high-priority items to end-of-life.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
