RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with other user interface designers, industrial designers, researchers, graphic designers, offering managers and engineers, to create low-fidelity to high-fidelity renderings, mockups and prototypes.
Research to define requirements and test the usability of the result.
Create visual designs in the form of user experience flows, wireframes, screen concepts and functional designs that align with Honeywells design language system.
Systematically and logically cluster functional and design requirements.
Product development based on humancentered approach.
Facilitate working sessions between business and engineers.
Communicate status of design deliverables in meetings and business tools (e.g. Jira).

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or
foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, or a related field, and 3 years of
experience in related user experience engineering role. Full term of experience
must include: enterprise software related UX and UI design; Designing and
developing UI workflows, UI wireframes and applying design language systems for
enterprise level cloud; digital product design; designing UX, including: personas,
user journeys, functional designs; designing UIs, including wireframes,
prototyping, and visual design concepts; with multi-platform development,
including responsive design; evaluative and generative user research; design
systems; and with UX in agile development. Up to 10% domestic and international
travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
