Position Overview:
The Sales and Administrative Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the sale team and executive management. This dynamic position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role will work directly with the President of the company to act as the liaison for key revenue-generating goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the business. In addition, this position will be responsible for small group sales and sales marketing. This position reports to the SVP of Sales. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a key ability to generate revenue and create customer relationships by working closely across multiple teams.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Day-to-day oversight of key company goals
- Produce weekly leadership agenda
- Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal stakeholders
- Assist with sales support and client communications
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports for leadership including sales and product pipeline
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth for small group clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and adoption across the organization
Minimum Requirements for Education, Experience, and Certifications/Licenses:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prefer 2+ years’ experience in sales or revenue production
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Excel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM platforms
Qualifications & Skills:
- High degree of professionalism.
- Ability to interpret industry policies and contract documents, proposals, and other documentation.
- Strong inter-personal and relationship skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and command of the English language
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division to required tasks.
- High degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills.
- High degree of initiative and passion to succeed.
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives and deadlines established, often with short turnaround times.
- Ability to maintain positive and beneficial relationships with numerous internal departments, external customers, vendor agents, and subscribers.
- Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to comply with company confidentiality requirements as well as with HIPAA and other applicable government regulations.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $72,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
