Senior Manager Analytics (m/f/d)

In this position you will support in driving the development, implementation and management of Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives in the Global Finance organization. Preferred locations are Rastatt, Germany and Gothenburg, Sweden.

Your responsibilities

• Data Analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain Power BI and AI related tools to support end user requirements and business needs.
  • Support Business Control and other functions in their data analysis as needed.
• Business Intelligence
  • Coordinate the design, development and maintenance of BI solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and availability (uptime) of BI reports and dashboards.
• Artificial Intelligence
  • Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions to drive efficiency within the organization.
  • Stay current with the AI trends and technologies.
• Data Management
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all analytics initiatives.
  • Support the integration of data.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaboration and coordination with other central analytics resources (power user community, shared service center, etc.).
  • Cross functional collaboration with other parts of the Getinge organization (Business Areas, Global Sales, Group Functions, Enterprise Data Engineering Team, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with internal and externalpartners to enhance analytics capabilities.

Your experience

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Several years of experience in data analytics, BI and preferably AI.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data warehousing, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and to think strategically.
• Proficiency in BI,machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with financial software system and data structures.
• Knowledge of Financial processes and structures would be considered as an advantage.
• This position is not connected toleadership of employees.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
