A prestigious law firm in McLean, VA, is seeking a highly reliable Office Services Associate to support daily office operations. This role involves handling mail and packages, assisting with conference room setups, and managing copy/print requests for attorneys and legal staff. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages (including FedEx shipments).
- Set up and clean up conference rooms for meetings, coordinate catering, and stock beverages.
- Perform copying, scanning, and printing for attorneys and legal staff.
- Assist in general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience required (law firm experience preferred).
- Experience with copy/print operations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Strong reliability and ability to work well in a 2-person team.
