**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Buffalo, New York area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office environment and possess strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
