Job Title: 2nd Shift CNC Machinist (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Location: Carson City, NV

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). As a Machinist, you will play a key role in the production and repair of precision manufactured parts using both manual and automated CNC equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate results based on blueprints and technical drawings while working under the supervision of the Cell Supervisor/Work Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machine tools, including grinding and milling machines, to produce precision parts.
Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to perform accurate machining tasks.
Repair and produce parts using manual and automated equipment.
Maintain precise measurements and ensure the accuracy of each part produced.
Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Report to and collaborate with the Cell Supervisor/Work Leader to meet work assignments and deadlines.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (experience is preferred but not required). Trade school education/certificate is a plus.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in manual machining (not automated systems like Tesla). Experience with CNC machine tools is strongly preferred.
Certifications: Relevant machining certifications are required as per the equipment used.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Skills & Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and focus on producing high-quality work.
Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to machines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
