Within your internship, you may...
- Assist in the design and analysis of aerospace components and systems.
- Participate in the development and testing of prototypes.
- Conduct computational simulations and analyze data to evaluate designs.
- Support the team in researching new aerospace materials and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems.
- Document and present findings and progress in team meetings.
- Adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements in aerospace engineering.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Strong foundation in aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and material science.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, ANSYS).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- US Citizen.
- At least 18 years old.
- Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution.
- In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0.
- Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period.
