Position Overview
Torch Technologies invites applications for a Contracts Internship for Summer 2025. We seek a motivated and organized student interested in gaining practical experience in contracts. This position provides an opportunity to apply academic learning to real-world situations, gain insight into the contracts of a technology firm, and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Within your internship, you may...
- Assist the contracts team with various functions.
- Review Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Conduct modification reviews
- Enter and manage data in CostPoint
- Assist with reporting
- Support the team in the preparation and review of business contracts and agreements
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A keen interest in business processes, especially in contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Business administration courses
- Government law/ acquisition courses
- US Citizen.
- At least 18 years old.
- Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution.
- In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0.
- Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period.
