Position Overview

Torch Technologies invites applications for a Contracts Internship for Summer 2025. We seek a motivated and organized student interested in gaining practical experience in contracts. This position provides an opportunity to apply academic learning to real-world situations, gain insight into the contracts of a technology firm, and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Within your internship, you may...
  • Assist the contracts team with various functions.
  • Review Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Conduct modification reviews
  • Enter and manage data in CostPoint
  • Assist with reporting
  • Support the team in the preparation and review of business contracts and agreements

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in business processes, especially in contract management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business administration courses
  • Government law/ acquisition courses
Requirements
  • US Citizen.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution.
  • In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0.
  • Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period.
