Innovation Researcher - Military Veterans

We are looking for an Innovation Researcher to join the Honeywell Aerospace

Innovation team to conduct customer-centered research. This role will gather

customer insights / inputs through research, voice of the customer (VOC), and

market information, and translate it into problem statements to inform new

product opportunities and strategies. This role will design and execute a

variety of research studies, and deliver customer-focused insights to guide our

innovation process. The innovation researcher will report to the Sr Director of

Innovation and collaborate with product, strategy, sales, design and marketing

teams to develop tactical plans to continuously identify new business

opportunities.

Ideally, the candidate for this role will have experience doing market

research and direct input from Aerospace customers, possibly in an engineering,

program management, or sales role.

This role will support all of the SBUs within Honeywell Aerospace.

You will report directly to our Director Offering Management and you'll work

out of our 1944 E Sky Harbor Circle, Phoenix, AZ location on a 3/2 hybrid work

schedule. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.


Key Responsibilities

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must

be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent

resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in a

    customer-centered research role which includes understanding customer

    experience and reporting findings clearly to stakeholders
