This client is Biotechnology company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.
In this role you’ll be responsible to oversees the production team performing aseptic filling of drug products into RTU vials, syringes, and cartridges.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aseptic filling activities for RTU vials, syringes, and cartridges, ensuring timely and compliant production.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on aseptic techniques, cleanroom behavior, and equipment operation.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of autoclaves and related sterilization equipment to support aseptic processes.
- Monitor production processes and strictly adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead investigations into deviations, troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review batch records, logbooks, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Validation teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aseptic filling, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections is highly desirable.
- Certification or training in aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, or pharmaceutical production management is preferable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aseptic filling processes for RTU vials, syringes, and cartridges.
- Expertise in operating autoclaves and related equipment for sterilization purpose.
