Brooklyn Bedding manufacturing in Glendale, AZ will proudly make foam in our state-of-the-art facility for our mattresses. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced machine operator interested in learning a new operation.
Responsibilities
Collaboration with pour line operations team to produce foam for manufacturing team.
- Assist in setting up Pour line
- Operate pour line machinery
- Monitor and manage critical pour line steps for foam pours
- Disassemble clean and re-assemble mixer and machinery used for foam pour
- Ensures raw materials are handled properly
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in department
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Must be comfortable working around chemicals and adhere to industry leading safety policies and protocols.
- Must utilize proper PPE Will be required to be fitted for and wear a respirator and pass annual required health and wellness testing
- Ability to become certified in Hazmat and Hazwoper (All certifications and trainings will be provided).
- You must be willing to work on a team as well as a self directed individual contributor
- Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Experience operating heavy machinery in a manufacturing setting is REQUIRED.

- 8 hour shift
- Second Shift
- Monday to Friday
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
