Production Operator - 1st Shift; Williamsburg, MI - Military Veterans

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and follows PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications.
- Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment & tools with limited supervision.
- Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect product, and complete paperwork with limited supervision
- Good eye/hand coordination.
- Basic machine operation.
- Attention to detail important and good work ethic.
- Proficient at interpreting requirements & other information from production paperwork, job sheets, batch records.
- Understand basic mathematics.
- Proficient with measurement equipment.
- Good communication skills-verbal and written.
- Proficient at the operation, OJT & trouble-shooting processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas.
- Support site goals and initiatives.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday ; 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

- Machine Operating Experience is preferred
- Proficient with measurement equipment is required
