Le 1er septembre 2023, Saint-Gobain a finalisé l'acquisition de la Compagnie de matériaux de construction BP Canada, ("BP Canada") ; produisant des bardeaux de toiture pour le secteur résidentiel ainsi que des panneaux d'isolation en fibre de bois au Canada. Avec cette acquisition, Saint-Gobain franchit une nouvelle étape pour renforcer sa position de leader de la construction durable sur le marché canadien. Grâce à ("BP Canada"), le Groupe sera bien positionné pour apporter le meilleur service aux clients canadiens, avec une offre de solutions élargie, innovante et durable.
Notre équipe de Lasalle est présentement à la recherche d'une personne dynamique, innovatrice et rigoureuse pour se joindre a l'équipe.
En tant qu'adjointe administrative, vous êtes organisée, rigoureuse et professionnelle dans l'accomplissement de vos tâches. Votre rôle consiste à assister le directeur de l'usine dans ses fonctions administratives et supports à l'équipe de gestion en place.
Principales responsabilités :
- Créer et distribuer des avis de l'usine, par courriel et sur divers tableaux de communication dans l'usine.
- Responsable des services de courrier et de messagerie.
- Effectuer des fonctions de réceptionniste, y compris accueillir les visiteurs et maintenir la zone de réception à des normes visuelles élevées.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives, y compris le classement, répondre aux appels téléphoniques, répondre aux courriels et fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe des opérations de l'usine.
- Gérer l'inventaire des fournitures de bureau et de sécurité de l'usine.
- Responsable des cartes d'accès de l'usine et de tenir à jour le registre des employés actifs.
- Passer des commandes et traiter les achats généraux du site (fournitures de bureau, fournitures de cuisine, consommables génériques) et soumettre les rapports de dépenses associés.
- Planifier et préparer les visites de l'usine, par exemple, placer les EPI de sécurité, réserver des salles de réunion et avoir à disposition toutes les fournitures nécessaires pour la visite prévue.
- Préparer les arrangements de voyage et de réunion sur demande ; par exemple, réserver des chambres, organiser la configuration des salles de réunion, organiser les repas, organiser le transport, etc.
- Suivre et accélérer la résolution requise avec les fournisseurs, le personnel de l'usine et les comptes fournisseurs.
- Acheminer les factures vers d'autres approbateurs selon les besoins.
- Réconciliation des factures et codage GL des factures sans bon de commande.
- Identifier et résoudre systématiquement les causes profondes des incohérences de factures.
- Recevoir les MRO, matières premières, non-produits et services dans SAP.
- Planifier et coordonner les événements sociaux des employés.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Qualifications requises :
- DEC en bureautique (ou connexe) avec un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente.
- Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français) à l'écrit et verbal ;
- Excellente communication verbale et écrite ;
- Très bon sens de l'organisation, de l'initiative et posséder un bon jugement ;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois et à travailler en équipe ;
- Bonnes connaissances de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint);
- La connaissance de SAP sera un atout considérable ;
- Professionnalisme, un grand souci du détail et une capacité à gérer différentes priorités et échéances;
