AP/AR Clerk - Military Veterans

We have an immediate opportunity to join a growing North County Global Manufacturing Company as a full time Administrative Assistant with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience. 50% Admin and 50% Accounting. This role utilizes Intermediate MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Basic to Intermediate QuickBooks. Successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to be of service to others. English is a 2nd language for this boss, so this role is the go-to to ensure all correspondence is highly professional with accurate spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities include friendly and professional phone answering (routing B2B customers to the appropriate department), AP and AR support, sales tax, manage expenses and mileage reimbursement, process purchase orders, inventory, place orders, track packing slips, bill of lading, etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to work in a small group and enjoys wearing many hats in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in manufacturing, equipment, or parts is helpful, but not required.
