Actividades:
Estimar los costos y recursos para trabajos eléctricos e instrumentación en proyectos de construcción.
Preparar propuestas detalladas, incluyendo costos de mano de obra, materiales, equipos y otros gastos relacionados.
Negociar precios con proveedores de equipos y materiales eléctricos.
Participar en reuniones previas a las licitaciones y colaborar con gerentes de proyectos, ingenieros y otros interesados.
Analizar planos y especificaciones del proyecto para determinar el alcance del trabajo eléctrico.
Mantener registros actualizados de estimaciones, propuestas y documentación del proyecto.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (puede requerir trabajo fuera de horario regular)
Salario: 36K - 50K
Locación: Puerto Rico Mayaguez - bayamón
Requisitos:
Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de Operaciones o área relacionada.
Mínimo de dos (2) años de experiencia en proyectos de construcción relacionados con electricidad e instrumentación.
Conocimiento en la industria de la construcción.
Habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.
