We are looking for a talented IT Service Delivery Leader - Senior to join our team in Systems/Information Technology for our York, SC location.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the management, operations, delivery and support of defined IT applications and/or infrastructure services; directs and coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources.

  • Service Asset and Configuration Management : Maintaining accurate configuration records will support other service management processes and ensure reliable, verifiable information is available.


  • Service Catalog Management : Keeping an up-to-date service catalog will provide clear and relevant information to users, helping them understand and access the services available.




RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:





  • Technical Proficiency : Strong experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows client and server, Active Directory, networking architecture and topologies, server room infrastructure, IT infrastructure performance monitoring, endpoint management tools, and cybersecurity.


  • Service Delivery and Support : Ability to contribute to the delivery and support of specific IT services, ensuring tools and resources like the IT Service Catalog and Asset Management system are capable and available.


  • Metrics and Standards Management : Skill in generating and reporting service delivery metrics, driving standards across regions and locations, and using scorecards, SLAs, and customer satisfaction or Net Promoter scoring.


  • Customer and Supplier Relationships : Acting as a point of contact for service-related inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, and being familiar with SLA/Operational Level Agreements.


  • Problem Solving and Process Improvement : Encouraging root cause analysis for recurring issues, championing the use of Six Sigma to reduce costs and improve processes, and identifying opportunities for service improvements.


  • ITIL and Knowledge Management : Maintaining the accuracy of service-related standards, procedures, and work instructions in a knowledge management system, and supporting the Service Owner when needed.


  • Industrial Environment Agility : Comfort working in an industrial environment, being agile in troubleshooting and fixing problems, and having prior experience in a manufacturing plant around industrial equipment.


  • Collaboration and Onsite Presence : Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with IT and business team members, and the ability to work onsite full-time at York, SC, partnering with BU IT and plant operations for infrastructure planning and problem resolution.




Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Manufacturing IT Infrastructure Support Site Lead

This position is accountable for the daily oversight of client, server, and network components of IT Infrastructure support at the York, SC manufacturing facility.

It is critical that the person in this role be comfortable in an industrial environment and be agile regarding approaches to fixes and troubleshooting problems. Prior experience working in a manufacturing plant around industrial equipment is preferred.

This role provides site LAN support, MFG client support, MFG data closet work, and MFG server administration.

Furthermore, the position will be accountable for troubleshooting and monitoring network performance, patching, upgrades to network equipment, planning and implementing ACL's and VLAN's, and CMEP manufacturing IT asset modernization.

Incumbent will partner with BU IT and plant operations for identifying improvements, infrastructure planning, and problem resolution. Work closely with all IT Infrastructure services to ensure work aligns with standard practices.

Due to the nature of the work, the position must be onsite full time at York, SC and will have one direct report.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience supporting large scale IT Infrastructure environments.
