AI Architect - Military Veterans

The AI Architect develops and implements AI strategies that align with and advance organizational objectives. This role involves architecting and developing scalable AI infrastructures, designing and optimizing algorithms to address specific business needs, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of AI systems through continuous performance improvements. Additionally, the role requires clear communication of complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, leading discussions on system architecture and engineering practices, and providing mentorship to team members.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement AI strategies that align with and advance organizational objectives and goals.
• System Design: Architect and develop scalable AI infrastructures to support business operations and solutions.
• Algorithm Development: Design and optimize algorithms tailored to address specific business needs and challenges.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness of AI systems through continuous performance improvements.
• Clearly convey complex technological concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead discussions on system architecture and engineering practices to design robust, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Serve as a leader within the team, providing mentorship to team members.
• Participate in discover calls with potential clients to guide in-depth technology discussions and articulate the organization's capabilities and resources in the technology/AI fields.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver and develop proof of concepts for key clients
• Provide expertise for key client-facing sales messaging

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
• Conduct performance analysis of existing AI systems to identify areas for enhancement
• Design and optimize algorithms tailored to meet specific business requirements
• Discuss ongoing projects and align them with strategic goals
• Review and refine AI strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss progress, share insights, and address challenges
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and outcomes.
• Participate in discover calls with current and potential clients
• Serve as the go-to expert for case studies, technological knowledge, and proof of concepts
• Engage in continuous learning within the AI and technology sectors

Qualifications

Required
• Years of experience: 5 years in a related field
• Master's Degree / PHD - statistics, mathematics, machine learning / computer science, data science, applied math and applied stats
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science principles.
• Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• AI Frameworks: Extensive experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

Nice to Have
• Data Management: Strong understanding of data structures, modeling, and software architecture.
• Communication Abilities: Proven ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership Qualities: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing AI projects.
