Under general supervision of the Assistant Director, Business Intelligence and Project Management Office, provide business systems analysis, research, advanced training, and technical support on projects that provide technology solutions, business intelligence or portfolio and project management-related needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives. Define and analyze business practices, processes, and problems, translating client requirements into workable models. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decision-making. Research, recommend and provide design solutions that satisfy user requirements and optimize business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity while also addressing higher-level divisional needs. Participate in the design and implementation of solutions to address business challenges, testing both technical and business compatibility. Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior management. Assist in the development of business cases and cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects. Prepare general and detailed work plans, provide technical training, documentation, guidance, and support to clients. Plan and conduct end-user acceptance testing; develop training materials for system/process implementation. Lead change management efforts related to assigned projects.
As project manager, lead and manage cross-functional teams that involve multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and desired outcomes. Act as project consultant for the division to ensure project management standards are adopted. Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project communication and alignment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing project management processes and best practices. Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success.

As a business analyst, you will identify areas for improvement and formulate actionable plans to address diversity, equity, and inclusion gaps whenever possible in your projects. As a project manager, you will implement any DEI-related projects, as needed. In collaboration with the team, you will support utilization of data analytics to measure the impact of any DEI initiatives and track key performance indicators.
