Requisition Number: S_250104 Department: Ctr on Children Families & the Law-1082 Description of Work: Serve as the Lead HMIS Trainer for all components of the HMIS system, including the Coordinated Entry System within the HMIS . This work includes developing HMIS training components and modules, managing and updating training content and end user records of training, serving as primary HMIS trainer, delivering new and ongoing trainings to HMIS end users remotely, in-person, and through created content, maintaining training records, and scheduling of training. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields including social work, community planning, public policy, or adult education, or other related field and one year work experience in a training or an adult education position related to technical skills, i.e software, work flow, case processing; equivalent education/ experience considered. Work history will show experience working in a team environment. Competency with computers and operation of software such as Microsoft Office products.Experience as an independent worker, taking a high degree of ownership of projects and/or tasks. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in adult education, social work, community planning, public policy or closely related fields. One year of work experience in Clarity or similar HMIS software as the Agency's designated Agency Administrator and with HUD , CoC, or ESG funded projects. One year of work experience managing Moodle. Posted Salary: $50,000 yr/minimum Job Type: Full-Time
