Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and ensuring seamless event coordination? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are looking for a Conference & Events Manager to oversee meeting spaces, events, and hospitality services at a professional office in Seattle, WA!
What You’ll Do:
?? Provide top-tier customer service and ensure smooth event coordination
?? Set up and break down conference rooms, including tables, chairs, podiums, and dividers
?? Arrange catered food, beverages, and supplies—keeping everything well-stocked and organized
?? Maintain a clean and professional workspace
?? Follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
? Education: High school diploma or GED required
? Experience: 1-2 years in hospitality, office services, or a related field preferred
? Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent customer service and organization
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
? Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 75 lbs (conference furniture, supplies, etc.)
Push a 30-pound refreshment cart to conference rooms and break stations
