Job Description:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist in the recruitment and hiring processes for various healthcare positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the recruitment team. Your work will directly contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements for healthcare roles.
Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and healthcare-specific platforms.
Screen and review resumes to shortlist qualified candidates for healthcare positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Provide candidates with information about the company, position, and the interview process.
Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Prepare and send offer letters and assist with the onboarding process.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment metrics.
Support the recruitment team with any additional administrative duties related to hiring healthcare professionals.
Assist with organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and hiring policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar HR role, with a focus on healthcare recruitment.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and qualifications.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, and healthcare-specific platforms).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
A passion for healthcare and a commitment to supporting a high-performing team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in healthcare HR or recruiting within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare system.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission standards).
