KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
A. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel B. Form concrete slab on grade C. Install edge forms D. Set screeds to ensure level surface E. Grind and patch required areas in concrete F. Set up laser and screeds for pre-concrete pour G. Direct operations during concrete pour H. Analyze and resolve work problems I. Ensure crew timecards are filled out and turned in J. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels K. Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance L. All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
A. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, blueprints and schematic drawings, and procedure manuals B. Ability to use appropriate tools, including but not limited to: trowel, brush, bull float, screed, skid saw, transit, chipping gun, and grinders C. Strong teamwork orientation D. Positive attitude and professional customer service skills E. Detail orientation. F. Knowledge of equipment and their uses G. Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication) H. Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
