The opportunity

We are currently seeking two Talent Acquisition Coordinatorsto work within our high performing Talent Acquisition team in Brisbane.

These roles are key to the success of our team, setting the tone for customer service to both hiring leaders and candidates, and leading quality, accuracy and compliance within our function. They present outstanding opportunities to learn, and to grow you career within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

The scope of these roles is broad and will include coordinating recruitment processes; supporting new starters; providing support for systems and processes, reporting and analytics, participating in advertising and other projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with hiring managers in relation to advertising requirements
  • Maintaining and updating employee and candidate records to support the recruitment and selection process
  • Assist with the issuing of employment contracts and letters
  • Support TA Advisors with the processing of new employee onboarding
  • Ensure 100 % data integrity of HR and TA systems.
  • Participate in a range of TA Projects
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our services

About you

  • Relevant qualifications in HR or Business would be highly regarded but are not essential.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a human resources role
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to constantly improve and look for opportunities to innovate and change
