Anthem RDAU Lead Project Engineer - Military Veterans

As a Lead Project

Engineer Aerospace Technologies here at Honeywell, you will play a critical

role in leading and managing engineering projects within the Aerospace

industry. Your expertise in project management and coordination will ensure the

successful execution and delivery of aerospace projects, while aligning them

with business goals and customer requirements. You will report directly to our Engineering

Manager and work out of our location in Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you will be

the Project Engineer for our Anthem Remote Digital Audio Unit (RDAU). You will manage the schedule and performance

of contributing teams and suppliers to ensure our Anthem RDAU customer

milestones are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead and manage Anthem RDAU hardware schedule and project status reporting
-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
-Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
-Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
-Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
-Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact Anthem RDAU project delivery
-Prepare and present Anthem RDAU project status reports to stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
-Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or technical leadership roles
-Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic aerospace environment
-Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including change and risk management
-Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

WE VALUE
-Experience as a project engineer on an avionics hardware project
-Experience as a project engineer on an aerospace mechanical project
-Experience with aerospace audio or RF products
-Customer and product support experience
-Prior people management experience
-Prior pilot experience

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
