We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AP experience and advanced Excel skills. Key responsibilities include posting service invoices across multiple entities, reviewing 3-way match purchase invoices, maintaining monthly expense spreadsheets, recording credit card charges, and preparing for weekly check runs. Additional duties involve scanning checks into system, managing insurance renewals, and providing management with project-specific spreadsheets, such as consulting expense updates.
