We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to lead our AR team and ensure efficient billing, collections, and cash application processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of AR best practices, and the ability to optimize workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the AR team, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.
Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Develop and enforce AR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Prepare AR reports and provide insights to senior management.

Seeking candidates with proven leadership skills and strong knowledge of AR processes, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. Join us and be part of a dynamic team driving financial excellence!
