The Maintenance Technician position at our client's Anderson, SC facility offers an opportunity for military veterans with mechanical expertise to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and adjusting mechanical equipment, machinery, and components
- Adhering to safety regulations and quality standards is paramount, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Essential skills include standard mechanical knowledge, familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics, and the ability to use measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools effectively
Maintenance Technicians will perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and inspections, promptly reporting any findings. Collaboration is key, as team members share knowledge and techniques, contributing to a cohesive work environment. Attendance at company-provided training seminars is required, enhancing skills and knowledge to better serve the team.
The work environment may involve exposure to dust and changes in humidity, requiring physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery throughout the shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, maintaining 5S housekeeping standards, and demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency.

This is a night shift role from 7pm-7am and gets you an extra 1.25/hour shift differential along with as much overtime as you want to work. This is a 2- on -2 off, 3 on, 2off-2 on-3 off schedule.
Anderson, South Carolina's cost of living is 16% lower than the national average. Housing expenses are 39% lower than the national average and the utility prices are 10% lower than the national average.
Base salary, $65K - $70K, work 15 days a month.
