We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Senior Technical Project Manager** to oversee and manage multiple critical initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects while ensuring compliance, technical excellence, and alignment with organizational goals.  

Key Responsibilities:

 

Compliance Management

ABB Management:  

- Lead bi-annual reviews of security hardening documentation with engineering teams.  

- Update ABB configurations based on review findings and ensure commands reflect the latest standards.  

- Maintain detailed documentation on all updates and changes.  

- Oversee quarterly ABB attestations to ensure compliance.  

 

Additional Compliance Management:  

- Maintain and review Disaster Recovery (DR) plans annually.  

- Address and resolve compliance-related issues, including certificate renewals and other requirements.  

Configuration Drift Management:  

- Analyze configuration drift reports generated through automation tools.  

- Collaborate with engineers to review, plan, and implement necessary changes.  

- Ensure proper scheduling and documentation of changes, including creating RFCs.  

Software Lifecycle Coordination:  

- Maintain communication with stakeholders to identify the next best versions of code for shared vendors (e.g., Arista, Cisco).  

- Collaborate with leads and automation teams to evaluate code requirements and potential vulnerabilities.  

- Coordinate bug scrub activities with Cisco and Arista teams.  

- Drive lab testing and pilot new code versions in collaboration with campus engineering teams.  

Clearpass Project Management

- Support Clearpass-related initiatives, including server builds, code upgrades, and maintenance scheduling.  

- Oversee LDOS/EOL server replacements, ensuring timely delivery and refresh planning.  

- Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution of ongoing projects, including the SGP Clearpass server replacement and TACACS cluster updates.  

Campus LAN Project Management:

-Project planning and coordination

-Work with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

-Work with LAN Engineers to ensure that appropriate network design is implemented

Financial Reporting:

-Create detailed financial models for large projects/programs

-Develop reports for overall cost and/or ROI for new products

-Strong MS Excel knowledge

Qualifications 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or relevant work experience

- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on compliance, network engineering, or related disciplines  

- Strong knowledge of security hardening, configuration management, and software lifecycle processes  

- Experience working with network tools and systems, including Arista, Cisco, Clearpass, and automation technologies  

- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration  

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  

Preferred Skills  

- Certification in PMP, ITIL, or similar project management frameworks 

- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools for configuration management

- Strong documentation and process management expertise  

-Experience creating financial reports and cost models

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
