Senior ISC Production Supervisor - Military Veterans

As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing the production operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, implementing production schedules, and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. Your leadership and expertise in production supervision will contribute to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.



You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location o100% on-site.

In this role, you will impact the productivity and quality of our production operations, ensuring that they meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of production workers
  • Implement production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues

The annual base salary range for this position is

<$81,000-$107,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a

general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,

including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,

the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as

market and business considerations.

MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
