Market Sales Manager - Experis - Military Veterans

The purpose of the Market Sales Manager role is to continually develop salespeople in the assigned market while driving consistency and ensuring execution of the sales strategy in the assigned market. The Market Sales Manager will provide coaching and feedback to the existing sales team and ensure new additions to the sales team receive the support needed to achieve activity and productivity targets. Additionally, the Market Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of our go to market strategy and sales best practices to maximize revenue for the market.

Making an Impact
• Create and champion a vision that inspires and motivates the market's sales team
• Manage the performance and development of all salespeople on the market's sales team by driving sales & delivery accountability effectively aligning resources to the appropriate business
• Partner with Managing Director to ensure execution of their strategy for each salesperson's assigned territory within the market
• Partner with the Managing Director to develop the account sales strategy to ensure a healthy, predicable pipeline of business
• Ensure the team is successfully able to overcome obstacles and objections to get in front of and set meetings with key contacts and prospective clients
• Ensure the sales team is achieving targeted sales and business development expectations for the accounts
• Identify new business relationships and expand the number of committed clients within the accounts
• Support the sales team in increasing market share within the market
• Support direct reports in the proactive and consistent marketing of candidates Sharing Expertise
• Leverage all technology, support and training resources for development of the sales team and provide feedback and reinforcement of key concepts
• Capitalize on impromptu moments to effectively coach the sales team Gaining Exposure
• Listen openly to all viewpoints of the team, encourage them to share ideas and concerns and verify understanding and application to the client/account
• Work with sales team to creatively position themselves as a business

• Facilitate, recognize and celebrate individual, team and company successes Your Typical Day
• Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development of sales team members
• Identify and track the sales pipeline
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with each salesperson as a tool for developing the individual and driving the sales strategy Other accountabilities as assigned

Qualifications

Required
• Sales: 2 years selling in a service industry or equivalent within staffing/workforce solutions industry
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice to Have
• Management: 2 years demonstrated managerial and operational experience
• Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of one or more practices

The base salary range for this position is between $82,500 USD and $137,500 USD is dependent upon knowledge, skill, and ability.
