Lutron is seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to drive growth in London and the South East. As a vital member of our UK Residential Sales Team, you’ll champion Lutron’s innovative lighting, shading, and control solutions, delivering extraordinary experiences to luxury residential spaces.
In this role, you’ll nurture relationships with key accounts, including architects, interior designers, builders, and developers, while collaborating with our dealer network to ensure Lutron is their first choice for intelligent residential solutions. Your expertise will expand markets, cultivate new opportunities, and position Lutron as the leader in luxury lighting and control.

Responsibilities
- Drive Lutron sales growth to meet or exceed business plan targets
- Day to day account management of Residential System Accounts (Dealers)
- Create demand and generate leads for assigned dealer accounts by introducing them to new specifiers, influencers, and decision makers in the luxury residential market
- Work directly with specifiers and interior designers to build a pipeline of new business – ensuring lighting and shades systems are specified on every job
- Seek out and open new accounts, increasing Lutron market share within your territory
- Be close to assigned accounts’ respective businesses by creating loyalty, gaining visibility of accounts’ pipelines, and ensuring Lutron’s breadth of products are being specified on all projects
- Assist assigned accounts with developing and executing strategy for closing projects
- Prepare and present customer and influencer sales trainings, including CPDs and new product launches Participate in local trade associations for influencers and attend relevant networking events
- Proactively initiate and execute new strategies to enable market growth
- Work closely with the Residential Sales team, as well as other Lutron sales teams in the UK
- Keep accurate account information and sales records in CRM tool (currently SFDC)
- Manage administration in a timely manner- sales expenses, sales forecasts, call reports etc.
The individual should be well-organized, motivated & dynamic person to grow, achieve and exceed Sales Goals. Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills are critical to secure projects so the individual must have the mentioned skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the lighting, custom AV, or related Industry essential
- Proven sales track record with experience in account management and business development essential
- Bachelor’s degree is optional
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to instigate and foster a B2B relationship and help those customers to build their business through consultative selling
- Proficiency in IT skills and CRM
- Desire to work as part of a dynamic team and develop a career with an ambitious company
