Location: Winter Park, FL 32803
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 annually ($55 - $64/hr)

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic cardiology practice in Winter Park, FL. Our world-renowned cardiac center offers advanced cardiology and preventive care, including state-of-the-art facilities like nuclear stress testing, PET scans, vascular disease treatment, and an in-house cardiac catheterization lab. We focus on patient-centered care and offer an integrative, personalized approach to cardiometabolic health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using functional medicine principles.
• Develop personalized care plans, including nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records using Athena EMR.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Familiarity with cardiometabolic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease).
• Experience in functional or integrative medicine is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
