About the Position:
We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem Medical Technologist positions across 2nd and 3rd shifts. We have 10 openings available!

Shifts: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Shift Differentials (on top of hourly pay): $2.24 (3-11 PM), $6.52 (11 PM-7 AM), $2.25 (Weekends)

Compensation:
Full-Time: $24.64 - $30.80 per hour + benefits
Part-Time: $24.64 - $30.80 per hour + benefits
Per Diem: $30.80 per hour (no benefits)
Sign-On Bonus Opportunity:

Earn a bonus! $20,000 for full-time and $10,000 for part-time after two years of employment.

Relocation Assistance:

We offer relocation assistance ranging from $500 to $3,000 (taxed, paid in first paycheck) based on mileage. Relocation is required for these positions.
Please note: We do not assist with finding housing.

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory testing in assigned sections (Blood Bank, Microbiology, Core Lab, Special Chemistry)
Maintain responsible work habits and contribute to a positive team environment
Ensure quality results and efficient resource utilization
Adhere to OSHA guidelines when working with bio-hazardous/toxic materials
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a relevant field as outlined by CLIA.
Medical Technologist licensure in the State of Florida and in accordance with CLIA guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Generalist experience is preferred but not required.
ASCP or similar accrediting agency certification (MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP), MT(AAB), MT(AMT)) is preferred.
