Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a leading manufacturing organization based near Waverly, NE. This role is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the production equipment and processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Must have at least five (5) years of manufacturing engineering experience within an Automated Industrial Environment
- Knowledge of automated assembly
- Expertise in stamping processes
- Familiarity with the design of mechanical parts

responsibilities:
- Develop & lead capital investment projects
- Drives new equipment and product introduction through stage/ phase gate processes
- Establish, maintain, and enhance the production equipment and processes with a focus on reducing downtime, improving quality, continuous improvement, and safety.
- Support a highly Automate Assembly Line
- Tooling design and maintenance programs using 3D Computer-aided design (CAD) software package CREO
- Serves manufacturing operations on problem solving, implementing improvement, and leading projects to completion.
