Job Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support marketing and operational programs for Enterprise Sales and Partnership teams. This role is a hybrid position that combines elements of partner marketing, partner program operational management, and enablement including data collection and reconciliation to ensure seamless integration into our CRM and Marketing automation system.

This role will work very closely with the Client Marketing team and Partner Marketing Manager on Go-to-Market planning and execution while ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity for scalable success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage partner marketing campaigns, including but not limited to webinars, content marketing, social media, and events

• Collaborate with partners to identify co-marketing opportunities that align with the strategic goals

• Oversee data collection, reconciliation, and transfer processes to maintain data integrity across partner programs

• Manage file and data collection from partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting on campaign performance

• Support ongoing CRM and marketing automation updates by ensuring partner data is accurately integrated and maintained

• Ensure operational processes are in place to streamline partner program execution and reporting

• Work closely with our client marketing and partner marketing team to drive joint marketing activities and accelerate revenue growth

• Strong balance of relationship building, program management, content creation, and Go-to-Market planning and execution

• Partner Marketing Operations: Assist in maintaining up-to-date data for Partner Marketing projects across CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

• Support Partner Marketing initiatives: assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including partner webinars, events, and engagement activities

• Manage project board and marketing calendar

• Possess an understanding of how to drive and execute pipeline and joint activities 

• Assist Client and Partner Marketing Managers with management of B2B and B2C campaigns, events and webinars, including content & landing page creation, registration management and reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks related to event execution and success

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.

• At least 2 years partner or field marketing experience,

• Have a strong understanding of best-in-class marketing techniques and apply them to partner needs

• Project management experience

• Experience in working in Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud

• Enterprise Technology Experience

• Experience in working in Salesforce, data integration
