Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Targets and Countermeasures CLIN Manager​ to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Missile Defense Agency Targets and Countermeasures efforts within Parsons.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage a group of high caliber engineers and analysts in assisting the Government Project Manager to plan, program, design, execute, document and project oversight of Targets and Countermeasures projects

  • Coordinate engineering tasks with the government customer, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) firms, and executing agencies

  • Independently review designs and calculations, procurement documents, and detailed analyses

  • Interface at the MDA 2-LTR and 3-LTR Customer Level in the management of stakeholder relationships

  • Provide management and technical oversight for assigned Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and travel budget management

  • Conduct on-site project surveillance, report project status, coordinate schedules, and resolve issues

  • Prepare project briefings in Microsoft PowerPoint and information papers in Microsoft Word

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

  • 12+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of a BS or BA in a STEM-related field or Business Management experience from an ABET accredited university

  • Experience in managing a multi-contractor staff and projects

  • Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems

  • Working knowledge of Missile Defense Agency and/or DOD processes and procedures

  • Working knowledge of target requirements development and oversight of OEM design and development to meet those requirements


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Technical BS in Math, Computer Science, Engineering or Physics

  • Top Secret clearance or ability to get one

  • Experience with target-related hardware and/or software design and development

  • Experience with the systems engineering process of system requirements reviews (SRRs), preliminary design reviews (PDRs), and critical design review (CDRs) processes

Salary Range: 

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
