Compensation (hourly, non Exempt): $50-55K
Location: Onsite, NC
Schedule: 40 hour week, 3 days 9:00am - 6:00pm, 2 days 10:00am - 7:00pm and alternating Saturdays
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to drive sales. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and working closely with the sales team to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Identify potential leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and provide administrative support.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our course offerings and services to effectively address customer questions and promote sales.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as education and marketing to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, such as response times, sales goals, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
