MUST HAVE Administrative support, account management experience , previous experience within the Insurance industry preferred

Case Manager:

POSITION PURPOSE:
To act as a liaison between the client and the carrier during the underwriting process, while providing the highest level of customer service to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Touch (review and take action) each case assigned at the appropriate interval
· Take all steps necessary to facilitate the underwriting of a file, including but not limited to contacting doctor’s offices, the insurance carriers, brokers, vendors, etc.
· Take necessary steps to ensure that the case is approved as quickly as possible
· Properly enter application and document the file using the Agent Front (or designated) System
· Successfully handle caseload assigned (Quota)
· Contact parties via email and telephone in a timely manner
· Respond to all telephone inquiries according to timeliness standards
