Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
-Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
-Assist attorneys with case management, filings, and trial preparation
-Manage and organize legal files, databases, and document storage systems
-Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
-Ensure compliance with court deadlines and legal procedures
-Assist with administrative tasks related to legal proceedings
