Technology Resiliency

Compliance Analyst ensures that business and functional units (IT) understand

and follow Honeywell Technology Resiliency standards by implementing

business-focused infrastructure/technology recovery plans. You will work with

the IT and Business to ensure the critical & high applications and Tier

1/Tier 2 sites at Honeywell have well-documented Technology Resiliency Services

Plans that gets exercised & tested on regular intervals to proactively

identify risk and partner with cross functional teams to document mitigation

plan. This position reports to the Technology Resiliency Compliance Manager.

You will support the execution of Technology Resiliency compliance strategy and

provide effective project management expertise to meet Technology Resilience

standard requirements. You will also support IT leaders and other leadership

teams to define management operating system (MOS) to monitor compliance and

assist with execution of solutions and overall project delivery as applicable.

You will support with other additional GRC critical projects on required basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support establishment of Technology Resiliency plans and ensure they are exercised for business-critical assets/services to proactively identify risk and prepare contingency plan to support any disaster.
  • Contribute to the Corp Operational Resiliency to advance solid Technology Resiliency strategy in support of businesses and corporate needs.
  • Serve as SME for HGS Technology Resiliency Compliance program and ensure adherence to Technology Resilience standard requirements
  • Responsible to identify improvement opportunities in Technology Resiliency Compliance program from people, process, technology and drive mitigation.
  • Maintain regular communication with the IT business leaders, educating Service owners about current, changing, and/or recommended requirements to support program.
  • Provide regular guidance and training to Technology Resiliency Compliance experts to ensure consistency in process execution and better-quality results.
  • Participate in Technology Resiliency training program and ensure regular awareness across organization
  • Work closely with Operational Resiliency leaders, BISOs and IT to support efforts tied to Technology Resiliency in case of any major event or incident.
  • Risk identification and change

    management tied to Technology Resiliency Program

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technology or business field desirable
  • Must have IT background and working knowledge on IT Technologies and contemporary tools
  • Prefer candidate with minimum 5 years experience in IT Incident Management/Problem Process/Change Management operations
  • Prefer candidate with 5 years experience in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning in a large enterprise environment
  • Prefer candidate with hands on experience in IT Infrastructure services management
  • Demonstrate ability to manage medium to large scale projects
  • Possesses an understanding of disaster recovery/ business continuity methodologies
  • Experience working with external partners/vendors, customers and data providers

  • Experience with MS Office, Project Management, Agile and Waterfall techniques
  • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize, influence and work with cross-functional global teams
  • Knowledge in IT process development and implementation and experience in project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to foster good relationships, work independently and in collaboration with global teams
